      BUILDING A CASE

Our Lawyers will create a formal letter signed by our law firm and will serve the debtor with all applicable proof for collecting the debt. If the client ignores the letter, our team will summon the debtor to court and inform him of expenses in addition to legal fees.

  DEBT COLLECTION 
 
Once the debt is collected, MO6&CO will charge your company a fee for services rendered, based on the debt age / debt amount agreed upon prior to commencement.
